2015 Young People's Concerts

We are excited to announce the annual Young People's Concert in partnership with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic and Embassy Theatre. We've once again partnered with Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute to bring you "The Orchestra Sings."

Link Up Curriculum
"The Orchestra Sings" is a part of WMI's national Link Up program that connects teachers and orchestras across the country. Teachers who participate in this curriculum receive free teacher guides and student workbooks and attend a professional development workshop at the Embassy Theatre. Additionally, the curriculum materials prepare students for a fully interactive, culminating concert experience in which the students actually sing or play recorder along with the orchestra! All participating schools will also receive a newspaper tabloid thanks to the Education division of Fort Wayne Newspapers.

The Link Up curriculum is designed for students in grades 3-5. For more information on the Link Up curriculum, "The Orchestra Sings," please click here. To access all information, you will need to register with a free username and password.
