Scheduling an Audition (Application Form)
To secure an audition time, please send in the application form with a $25 non-refundable per family audition fee. Checks are to be made payable to the Fort Wayne Philharmonic. Your audition date/time will be confirmed via email.
Tuition rates for 2017-2018 are $300 per student. All fees are non-refundable.

We are always happy to audition students throughout the year. Students who are accepted into the program during the season are integrated into our concert cycles and receive pro-rated tuition. While some sections may be full, we are always willing to hear students and put them on a waiting list, if applicable.
